Just BOne of the most photogenic spots in Cartagena and one of the hardest to find. Just B is tucked inside Casa Carolina (formerly Casa Pombo) on Calle del Arzobispado, and you'd walk past the entrance without knowing it was there unless you were looking. Once inside the hotel, you cross stepping stones over a pool to reach the tiny café space beyond. Worth every second of the search.
The owner makes everything from scratch: the syrups, the infusions, even the coffee liquor used in his espresso cocktails is handmade. The result is handcrafted drinks that feel genuinely considered rather than assembled. Everything on the menu uses local fruits, vegetables, herbs, roots, and superfoods, prepared fresh daily with no additives or preservatives. It's a small, quiet, romantic spot that rewards the people who find it.
